As the RIA Operations Manager at The Randolph Company, Calla Hemelgarn oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless workflows, regulatory adherence, and exceptional client experiences.
Prior to joining The Randolph Company, Calla was the Controller and Director of Client Services at REST: Hotel & Lodging, where she oversaw the company’s financial health while ensuring clients received personalized and seamless service. A graduate of The University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor’s in Finance and a minor in psychology, Calla brings a unique blend of analytical acumen and a deep understanding of human behavior to her role.
Calla’s passion for optimizing processes and her dedication to fostering strong client relationships make her an integral member of The Randolph Company’s team.
