Lindsay Fager
Operations Manager
As the Operations Manager at The Randolph Company, Lindsay Fager oversees firm infrastructure, employees, and the client experience. She especially enjoys developing relationships with the clients, and assisting them with the variety of questions and requests presented.
Prior to joining The Randolph Company, Lindsay was a Risk Management Consultant at StoneX Group Inc., where she advised businesses in commodity risk management. Lindsay holds a BS in Agriculture from the Ohio State University. She is currently working toward her MS in Finance at the University of Cincinnati.
In her free time, Lindsay works with students and collegiate organizations to help students develop their early career experiences. She loves to cook and spends as much time as possible outdoors with friends and family.
