Lucas Woehler
Operations associate
Lucas Woehler is an Operations Associate, helping both with day-to-day business operations and client requests. He is driven by finding opportunities for improvement in the organization and enjoys being a part of the tight knit team and client first culture at The Randolph Company.
Lucas graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a BBA in Operations Management. Post-graduation, Lucas joined Fifth Third Bank’s Operations Leadership Program. In this 2-year rotational program, Lucas was exposed to many different areas of the bank and continued to develop his skills and business acumen. He then worked as a Capital Markets Analyst, supporting the banks swap dealer business.
While pursuing his degree at the University of Cincinnati, he interned with Fortune 500 companies like Jacobs Engineering and Honda in Procurement, Operations and Supply Chain. He was also a Teaching Assistant in UC’s Economics Department.
Lucas enjoys traveling, hiking with his dog Leo, and spending quality time with his friends and family.
