Sylvia Lahni

Since becoming a part of The Randolph Company in 2012 as the Office Manager and Bookkeeper, Sylvia has overseen all facets of accounting and daily operations.  She values personal interactions with clients as one of the highlights of her position.

Sylvia’s professional journey began in the Manufacturing sector, where she spent more than 20 years in diverse roles, including Procurement, Production Planning, and Account Management.

She lives in Loveland with her husband of 30 years and their son, who is currently attending the University of Cincinnati. In her free time, Sylvia enjoys crafting and spending quality time with her friends and family.
